Default Substitute for preacher curls

I'm about to start the 24 workout mass blitz, looking through the workouts I realised I don't have a preacher curl bench. What would be the best exercise to do instead?

I like incline DB curls for a stretch like preachers.

You could also try rake curls! DB curls are awesome though, they're my favorite

If you have an incline bench just set it on an incline and do the preachers off those, that what I used to do when I couldn't make it to the gym.

Ok, I just found they are called Backwards Elbows Curls in the Slide Show Exercises here http://abcbodybuilding.com/exercise3...arbellcurl.htm

But the way I do them, is get a straight bar, and as you curl the bar up, draw your elbows back and as you lower the weight, also lower it AWAY from your body so the bar is almost going in a diagonal motion as you raise and lower it. These are really difficult but I love them
