Hey guys Im going to vegas in June and will probably have a few beers with some friends (I know, I know- believe me, this is rare). But i was wondering if any of you guys had tried carb blockers to prevent some of the fat storage. Does this work at all, a little, or complete waste of money? Thanks!

I've never tried them myself, but I have heard from people who have that they don't work. *shrug* sorry. I think you have to take your medicine if you choose to have a few cheats.

carbs arent as much the problem in beer though, its the amount of calories that will kill you(depending on the beer) if you go with a light beer its only 3-5 grams of carbs per 12 ounces, but theres over 100 calories
