Has anyone ever used banana or tropical sunrise with these? If so, what were the results?

I don't think I'd be very agreeable with banana, but I may try tropical sunrise...

I tried making these but they never hardened. x_x

Still tasted good though, I ate the mix like oatmeal. :P

I found I had to refridgerate them, then take them out and leave them to sit in the open air overnight. Next morning, they're hard.

I never did get the bars to harden either. I had them in the refrigerator for over 24 hours and they were solid, but when left out in the open for any length of time, they became all gooey. I froze them as well, but had the same results. They taste alright, but I can't bring them anywhere. They're not much good to me if I can't have them on the go.

I'll try leaving them out overnight and let the air harden them. Anybody have other suggesstions/solutions? Baking?

Thanks!

I tried these the other day, and could not get them to harden either. So I put the glob into a Thick "Ziplock" baggie and took it to work. The funny thing was that it looked just like a huge "stool sample" (I added cocoa) on my desk.

It actually taste good, and keeps your metabolism evened out. A couple of co-workers wanted to try it out and loved it, in fact, they want the recipe.

Thanks Venom!

If anyone knows how to make these harden, please let me know.

Ooo, that sounds gross!

You could try baking them for 5-10minutes on a cookie sheet.

ROFLOL, yeah it looked pretty gross. But then again ER peeps are pretty off the wall anyway.

Ok, tried this thing again, and this time tweaked it a bit by adding just a touch more oats. Also it seems to be pretty important to put the H2O in the pan and then melt the PB mixing well before adding any other ingredients. After sitting in the fridge all night, and sitting out most of the day, the bars actually became bars. Soft bars, but bars none the less.

I tried with champion, and it ruins it. I am thinking of trying ON. Apparently, they have some that are good with cooking.
