What do you have post cardio on a cut?
Wouldn't it be wrong to have even complex carbs afterwards as the insulin levels will still raise (although not as dramatically) and in turn stop the fat burn?

Since the body is still actively burning calories after cardio, I'd wait about half an hour before eating anything, and then have a well balanced meal (high carb, high protein, fairly low fat).
