So, whats the deal with yogurt. Good on bulk? Good on cut? Not good at all. it has a lot of sugar, but low GI. I love it. Specifically i like the fruit on the bottom ones, which have some extra useless sugar i guess.

Well, there are so many varieties of yoghurts, that it's really impossible to say "yoghurt is bad" or "yoghurt is good." If you have a particular one you want to know about, post the info for that particular product. But, my opinion is that in general, yoghurt really doesn't fit into a cutting or clean bulking regimen. For a dirty bulk, though, it's awesome!

I enjoy combining a large tub of Dannon Plain Vanilla yogurt with ground flax seeds( flax meal ) for a treat. I grind the flax seeds in my coffee grinder. It's much better than yogurt alone because flax seeds contain healthy fats, protein and fiber!

[/ QUOTE ] nah man you have to be hardcore - diets are strictly oats, boiled breasts, flax oil, whey powder and a tbsp of splenda a day I would put SOME in on a bulk, not much. Cutting I would eliminate it pretty early on (say when you drop cal's) because the lactose carbohydrates won't work for you as much as oats or rice. |

I eat Plain Goat's Milk Yogurt.
I sometimes mix with Cottage Cheese and Tuna... And that makes one meal for me.
