for the past 4 months i have been lifting i have been using the same routine. I have had good results but i feel its time to change it up. This is the routine i have been following,
chest bench bb incline db chest dips machine flys back and bis deadlifts bent over bb row chins preacher curls traps/shoulders db military press front raises side raises upright rows shrugs tris/bis close grip bench tricep dips pulldowns bb curls 21s legs-ive only been doing leg press, although im going to start squatting every exercise i do 3 sets in the 8-10 rep range please suggest new exercises for me, as well as any shocking techniqes, pyramiding and whatnot. thanks |

i think you should check the workouts tab, and then click on training programs.....there are A LOT of different workouts in there to choose from and you can mix and match them to create your own routine

you do bi's 2 times a week? i dunno but with my workout i need atleast a week. i dunno. im a newbie tho.
