What you need:
1 cup oatmeal (or however much you usually use) 1 waffle iron 1. Cook the oatmeal in a bowl as you usually would. I prefer to make mine a little dry, with a little splenda, cinnamon, and sugar free vanilla pudding mix mixed in. After it's cooked, I mix in some sugar-free maple syrup with. Once, again though, how you cook it is your choice. 2. Pour the cooked oatmeal on a hot waffle iron and close it. Check on it every few minutes or so. It'll tear apart and look messy at first, but that's normal. It'll still turn out fine. 3. Once the waffle has hardened, take it off the iron and eat up. It's good stuff. |

Be careful of the sugar free vanilla pudding mix. If it has Aspartame, that would be dangerous with a hot Waffle Iron. Aspartame can turn into Methanol in high heat among other poisons.
