Default Canned Chicken

i was out at the store the other day picking up tuna and some other misc food items when i came across this canned chicken next to the tuna. now, it doesn't look bad so i picked up a couple cans. although, i haven't tried it yet, i just wanted hear everyone opinion about it, is good for days you can't get around to cooking actual chicken? does anyone else here use this canned chicken? if so, how does it taste?

canned chicken tastes good. Problem is it is heavily salted. It has high level of sodium.

is too much sodium bad on a cut or can you drink more water to take care of the high intake of sodium
