I'm beginning to load on Creatine with 20 g per day (5 grams 4 times a day)
My question is: Can I mix the Creatine with some apple juice and drink whenever during the day, with meal or without meal, just as long as I get it in 4 times a day? Any particular timespan between each serving?

I like to just spoon it directly into my mouth and wash it down with a bit of water.
I would take it first thing in the morning. with in 1 hour pre workout immediately PWO just before bed.
