I had a small workout but I felt great afterwards. I cheated a meal today and had a cup of french fries with a 710ml Gatorade. About 15 minutes into my cardio I was sweating buckets (actually had sweat dripping to the floor). I wish everyday was as good as this. |

It works good on curbing my appetite and has given me energy. |
