I'm going to keep a journal for what I eat and how I train.
Here is yesterday: Meal #1 - Steak, mushrooms Meal #2 - Microwaveable meatloaf and mashed potatoes Meal #3 - salad with light italian dressing and croutons Snack - unsalted peanuts Meal #4 - baked chicken breast, 1 sweet potatoe, 1 corn on cob Meal #5 - baked chicken breast Workout: 20 minutes cardio on bike |

Hey how long do you plan on cutting for (how many weeks)? I'm currently on a cut too and I'm on week 3. I was just wondering what was the average people cut for.
Just make sure your foods are low in fats (saturated fats too) and sugars.

I plan to cut until I'm down to around 200lbs.

2 weeks wasted
For the past two weeks I've gotten lazy and haven't lifted nor have done any cardio. My diet also went to hell and I've gained one pound back. Time to get back in the groove! |

Last week's weight check was down to 211 lbs. Looks like my stomach is shrinking.

Hello ST! First off, congrats on your weight loss!
As far as suggestions, any way you can add a sixth meal to your day? It would be a great boost in metabolism. You might also want to ditch the corn on the cob as well, substitute a leafy green vegetable here. Also, aside from weight loss, what are your goals? Reason being is I notice you dont have protein in every meal or whey protein in meal #1. If you are trying to retain the mass you have, you may want consider these options. Again, congrats on your weight loss! |

Still cutting. Hoping to get down to 190lbs now. Currently at 205lbs. Today's log:
<u>Workout</u> Cardio - Bike - 17 mins - 71 cals <u>Diet</u> 1049 cal 42 fat 64 carb 102 protein <u>Overall</u> Have a runny nose with constant sneezing now. I ate pretty clean today but still didn't intake all I wanted because there were slim pickings at my place. |
