Default Cutting Phase

What kind of weight routine is good for a cutting phase. At the moment I feel that I need to be lowering my bf % more and maybe lower my weight a bit.

I was thinking something like:
Mon - weights
tues- cardio
wed - weights
thurs- cardio
fri - weights
sat - weights
sun - off

I'm doing pretty good with my diet at the moment. I'm 6 foot and in the last 2 about 2 months I dropped my weight from about 220/215 lbs. to 200/195lbs. I would like to be cutting more but i do not want to lose strength. I figure that I can bulk up more if I feel that I lost too much.

Any information would be helpfull

Think inches, not weight, unless it was doctor prescribed or maybe you want to take some stress off your joints. As far as strength goes if you are seeing gains, no need to change a thing. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but a muscle can only do three things: grow, shrink, or stay the same. Always lift heavy for strength gains. I'm not sure how much people change their routine for cut or bulk but I know I don't change mine much at all. Control your cuts and bulks with your diet.

Eat cleaner cut foods. Stay alway from red meat. As for your routine dont change it. Stay heavy dont go to high reps. That (!@#$%^&*) doesnt work. Many people think u have to go light when u go on a cut, but dont. And the only way to loose fat is to run dude. Everyone hates cardio but u have to do it if u wanna get your BF down. Theres know way around that unless u have great genetics.

Keep your cardio from 60-80% of your max heart rate. You dont want to burn off muscle! As far as red meat, I wouldn't cut it out, for it has great muscle sparing effects due to its quality protein! About dropping the weight, it all depends on how you respond. Although heavy is a good thing, if you are gonna drop weight, make sure your intensity stays high!! Strict form and lighter weight is better than crummy form and heavy weight. You can do several cardio activities, such as stairclimber (my fav), jogging, jump rope, eliptical, and even sprinting (HIIT method). Hope that helps.

Synthetik is right i didnt mean it like that red meat is good cut or bulk. But sooner or later your gonna have to cut it out but that wont b for weeks. It also depends on what time of red meat u get. Some are leaner while others have more calories and fat. Choose wisely. As for heavy lifting i didnt mean 5 and under reps keep your rep scheme at 8-12 reps with moderate weight and strict form. And if your gonna do cardio do it after you workout. GOOD LUCK.

Do you think that the stairclimber will effect your leg size?

No, don't do it after you workout. Separate weights and cardio by at least 6 hours. Try doing cardio 2x a day on the days that you don't lift.
