Default Green Tea to Go

Just wondering if anything is wrong with this stuff?

Tastes decent. Not sure if it's as good as regular Green Tea.

[ QUOTE ]
Ingredients:
Instant green tea, maltodextrin, citric acid (provides tartness), sucralose (Splenda brand), natural flavors (contain soy lecithin), silicon dioxide (presents caking).

[/ QUOTE ]

I wouldn't use it. What is "instant" green tea? How is it processed? Maltodextrin in my green tea? Citric acid, no thanks. Too many ingredients for my liking.

Just plain chinese green tea leaves for me.

Agreed. I super brew mine the night before. Just regular decaffeinated green tea. No sugar, honey, lemon or anything. I do use a fancy bottle to pour it in. That makes ALL the difference in the world.

I just put a green tea bag in a cup of cold water, let it sit for a minute or two, then chug it down. That's about as easy as it gets.

BTW coz, I hate you for mentioning citric acid awhile ago. I'm so conscience about it now. Now I feel like complete garbage everytime I drink something with it. I use a straw everytime I can so it doesn't get all over my teeth.
