Default Bulk and cut...any real problems with doing both?

Is there any reasons why i cant use cutting supplements and do a clean bulk.. I have spent a long time droping by bodyfat from 26% down to around 10% 11%. Concentrating on weight's programme and eating plan seems to going well...

Any thought's gents.

whey - fine
l-glutamine - fine
xehracut usn - never heard of it
CLA - not sure of the benefits of this, the only studies ive ever seen were done on rats

Why wouldn't you use Whey and glutamine?

The only supplement I would be careful with is caffeine, because it can promote dehydration, and impair glycogen replenishment. However, it does have several ergogenic benefits, and has been shown to enhance performance. I would use it sparingly, only a couple times a week if you do.

Otherwise, all those other sups are fine.
