Back when I used to test bodyfat I did the water testing because I knew it was the most accurate. Could anyone give some helpful advice on the next best method? Are the calibers perfect for getting a quick and fairly accurate reading?
Can I pick them up at a GNC or a Wal-Mart? Approx. Cost? Should I get a particular brand? Thanks. |

calipers are the next best option. just be sure you have a certified professional testing you. a slight mistake can lead to very misleading results. many people try to self-pinch, those can also be way off unless they have a strong knowledge of it.

You can buy them from most internet supplement stores.
