Default Ginko

I have heard people saying things about it for your memory. I also read in magazine that it can increase blood flow to your muscles. I found that most magazines are just pushing products so I figured I would ask here.

Is it any good as a BB suppliment?

They are quite expensive as a supplement and Ginkgo Biloba is known as a blood thinner. It is possible since it thins blood that it would get to the nook and crannies in the muscle fibers better.

I would not consider it to be an essential supplement unless you need to thin blood for some reason.

Omega 3 Fatty acids can act like a blood thinner also if I remember correctly. Omega 3 Fatty Acid should be part of your essential supplement. Use both fish sources and vegetable sources (flax seed, black currant seed oil, cranberry seed oil).
