Default cutting/strength loss

so im in the midst of a cut, and im kinda sick of it...im geting pretty cut but my strengths going down.. not alot but its definitely noticable. I've got a good diet forthe most part...im supplementing basically with all the stuff in the PWO shake, and creatine, and a Multi-v. I guess my question is - is there anything, ANYTHING i can do to help preserve the muscle ive already gained??? i know this questions stupid, but hey its worth a shot.

Glutamine is a good supplement to help with preserving muscle.

But what does your diet look like?

Being on a cut usually causes you to look a little flatter and feel weaker due to not having the same amount of carbs.

Tons of things you can do. Post your diet and training routine.

How long have you been cutting for?

here is one adjustment you can make...

Natty PB contains predominatly omega 6 EFA. in your diet you want more omega 3 than omega 6, an approx 2:1 or 3:1 ratio in fact.

Natty PB is a great source of fat, but it shouldnt not be your ONLY source. Get some flaxseed, and begin incorporating that into your diet as well, it has both omega 3 and omega 6 in a 3:1 ratio (i am open to correction on this ratio however)

Also, I get the impression here that you having the same shake when you wake up and after a workout? they should not be the same. have you read this:

www.abcbodybuilding.com/windowofopportunity

following this protocol will greatly help with your recovery after training and will contribute toward retaining more muscle mass and strength when cutting.
