By the way i have changed something around, i was doing the major lifting on the first trip to the gym then lighter on the second. Now i will be doing the lighter on the first and the heavier on the second to see how it feels. My first workout is around 2:00 am and the second 8:30 am. I'm a weirdo that lives at night if you can't tell.

So my tri and forearm easy workout for the first half of this day went pretty well.
as always 5 sets of 7-10

rope cable pulldown with spread at bottom 150lbs
alt dumbbell standing press behind the head 45lbs
standing barbell press behind the head 65lbs
sitting single dumbbell raise 65lbs
dips unweighted
and about 150 good old pushups with my hands close together.

All right this was awesome i hit failure multiple times.
As allways 5 sets of 7-infinity

Alt dumbbell press over head 50lbs
barbell sitting behind the head press 60lbs
Skull crushers 60lbs
rope cable pull downs with spread 160lbs
single arm handle tri flex pull downs 60lbs
dips weighted 35lbs i did 5 sets 9-9-6-6-5
single dumbbell two handed behind the head lifts 45lbs
For my wrist i just did some wrist curls, rotaors, and lateral wrist spins all 15lbs

I'm freaking blown up like a thanksgiving day balloon. My triceps might leave my arms and become their own being. That was feaking great.

Well my arms are shaking just sitting here typeing. It's great that has to be the best Tri workout i have ever had. Today is shoulders out to be fun, i'm looking forward to it.

Yep that was a pretty good shoulder workout. At first my tri's were killing me but it went away after the second set.

So here goes you know the deal 5 sets 7-infinity.
alt upright rows dumbbells 50lbs
standing front raises 35lbs
standing side raises 35lbs
one arm side cable lat 150lbs
upright cable rows 150lbs
then i finished em off with some wide grim head tilted forward pull ups 50 of them.

Not bad for my easy workout can't wait for the hard one.

Ah the pain is great to my body and i love it. Another great workout. Most i am suprised by the energy i have. I am blowing through this stuff like some kinda animal thats been unleashed.
Well here goes 5 sets 7-infinity reps

Arnold press 80lbs
static lat 35lbs till failure 5x
one arm dumbbell press 45lbs
bent over alt dumbbell raise 40lbs
rocky press 90lbs
bent one arm cross cable lat 40lbs
heavy upright rows 145lbs

Thats the end
time for bed see you on the flip side.

Well i just hit my bi's and man did i ever.

5 sets of 7->>>>>>>or more

sitting alt curls 65lbs
standing alt curls 55lbs
sitting alt culrs 45lbs
Standing alt curls 35lbs
sitting alt curls 30lbs
standing alt curls 15lbs

I am not sure what i was thinking but that is 15 sets sitting and 15 sets standing. My bi's are done. They might jump off and attach themselves to Greg Valatinos arms, thats how big they feel. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]
