All i can say is **** lol you should have a look at my workout, you'd eat your self alive thinking its "undertraining" i look at yours and i feel like im "over training" just by looking at it...

I don't judge anybodies workout routine. I think everybody is different and we all heal differently. For instance I have to do all of this work to get the same gain as somebody who might do less just because our bodies grow different. On the other hand after his workout he might be dead to the world and just want to sleep but i'm freaking about to explode with energy because i just worked out. As long as the DOMS don't sneak up on me i don't even think twice about two a days. Really the second workout is just to make sure i really killed myself on the first one if you know what i mean.
Let me take a look at your workout and after i get done with this insane stuff i'm doing rite know i might want to try it out. I'm just doing this because i haven't decided what i want to do next, and i don't want to do nothing so i figured what the heck i'll see how long i can do this two a day thing. I figure the pros work out twice a day for 3-4 hours at a time why can't i. Ya know what i'm saying.

So just got back if; you can tell by my last post i'm full of energy. It was a great day for legs let me tell you. Here goes, this was insane and i plan on going back tonight if i can walk that is.
all exercises 5 sets of at least 7 if not more. deep squats 225lbs sitting machine incline leg press 720lbs standing machine incline leg press 360lbs box squats 315lbs calf raises on inclie leg press 540lbs hamsting curls machine 120lbs then to top it off squat till you drop with just the bar for five sets, by the last set i only did 14 reps; man it was great. See you tonight if i can walk.

Thats cool brother, i was just saying that to me taht workout would kill me cause i know my body needs rest to grow, but like you said, you need to do all that to grow.
I dont have a journal as such, i can PM you sometime my workout later on during the week when im back here to show you exactly what i do. Later

Sounds great D i'll be waiting.
As for my second workout of the night (my freind who came over and is a ABCer has scene) my legs are blasted i am barley able to talk. Well its not that bad but man it feels great. The pain that is. I kept this one kinda simple due to my extensive wokout this morning. 5 sets of deep squats bar 135lbs 5 sets of dumbbell lunges 35lbs 5 sets of dumbbell squats 35lbs 5 sets of dumbbell calf raises on a step 45lbs Thats the end thank god for getting me through this one; hope i can walk tomorrow.

Well i'm taking the day off today not because i don't want to lift but i'm not sure if i can lift myself and a weight at the same time without my legs giving out. It's great.

I'm going today for sure i'll tell you all about it when i return. My legs still hurt but they are ***tional today. I think that was the best leg workout i ever had. Except that time we humped 36 miles in one day a long time ago(no fun) in a far off place.

Well i was sore until i stepped into the gym today then it all seemed to melt away as i smashed my back into peices.
As always 5 sets of 7-infinity Cable rows 210lbs(still sore here) dumbbell on flat bench 70lbs hammer strength machine high pull down 140lbs (this is a free weight machine) hammer strength machine low pull up 140lbs hammer strength machine mid pull back 140lbs hammer strength machine total back slammers 25lbs Cable pull downs 195lbs more cable rows for the heck of it 125lbs

I hit the back agian tonight but i kept it kinda lite cause i was already sore from this mornings freak fest.
cable pull downs 120lbs cable rows 120lbs dumbbell on flat bench 45lbs the pec machine backwards 125lbs and some good old bent over delt raises 35lbs And that was enough for any man. Later

Well i looked back on my post and i guess i really havent post what my workout routine is right now so here it is i will begin with today an go from there. I seemed to have got lost myself without having it wrote down. Duh
day1: triceps/forearms day2: shoulders day3: biceps day4: traps/Yep they get there own day day5: chest day6: back day7: legs All of these are twice a day for right now, this seems crazy. So today will be Triceps and forearms. Okay i'm back on track. I was having so much fun lifting i forgot what i was doing. hehe
