Chest Hammer Strength press forward 11-15rps 6P+70lbs-16rps Shoulders Machine seated military press ISO 11-15rps 100lbs perside-20rps Triceps Tricep close grip bench smyth 20-30rps 2P+50lbs-15rps I had to use the reg flat bench today no smyth ava. Did better than i thought i would on flat bench. Back width Close grip pull downs 11-15rps 240lbs-20rps Back Thickness T-bar rows 10-12rps straight set(SS) 215lbs-14rps

Biceps Machine Curls 11-20rps 110lbs-16rps Forearms Hammer curls DB 10-20rps 75lbs-15rps Calves Leg press toe press 10-12rps straight set(SS)N 16P-14rps Hamstrings Stiff leg deads on Hammer Strength machine 15-30rps 6P-22rps Quads 3-5 minute rest 20rps widowmaker(WM) Leg press 6-10rps SS+WM 16P-10ps/12P-20rps Fun fun fun...lost my food on this one. I hammered out those WM's and a few min after i was done, up it came. I had to eat all over agian. Shake and all, oats still loked good i thought about trying to save them, you know filter them out but too many people watching lol.

I'm sore, legs are killing me ****ed blast. I was going to hit some empty cardio today but couldn't seem to stand up correctly so i decided to wait. Awesome...

Chest Hammer Strength decline press 11-15rps 8P-19rps Shoulders Hammer Strength shoulder press 11-15rps 6P-16rps Triceps Hammer Strength tricep ext 15-30rps 6P-17rps Back width Hammer strength front pull downs 11-15rps 8P-15rps Back Thickness Hammer Strength rows 10-20rps 6P-31rps "need more weight on this one for sure" Cardio 15 min elliptical cross trainer at 55-60 rpm for a distance of 1 mile and a heart rate of 160 sustained for 13 of the 15 min. Over all awesome workout, i had tons of power today and it never went away. Pumped am i.

Numbers looking good bro. Keep it up.
I've been slow to get back at it after my scheduled 2 week break. **** stomach virus last week...lost 6 lbs. of water weight in a day. Did chest Monday and back today...feeling great again. Since it has basically been 3 weeks off...I'm taking it a bit easy this week...next week will be failure workouts again.

Sick, went to the doc the day before; I got a upper resp infection...hard to breath or i would have went to the gym anyway. I got a z pack so i should be good to go by monday.
