Thanks Big D. I can't beleive i am progressing this much on the poundage. I have 3 more workouts before my cruise this one is a 6 weeker blast. Last blast i was dead already. I feel dead now but the strength comes at the gym with no prob most of the time. My diet must be right on to keep it going like this for so long. You cruising yet?

Yeah I am cruising it, bro. Taken a couple days off food as well. Eating 4 meals a day. I start again monday with proper diet (minus 1 meal like recommended).

Feeling good. Gotta get cardio done. Do some tonight and starting tomorrow I will do them empty stomach as normally. MY legs are still aching from 50 repper thursday night ... it's Sunday morning!

Cruise is a time period of no training or reducing the intensity of training. Along the lines of "tapering".

Yeah, that WOULD have made this story a lot more exciting. Haha! **** it, now I'm depressed. LOL

I usually cruise every 6-8 weeks. I am yet to break the 8 week training barrier. The cruise goes from 10 - 21 days. Depending on how badly I need time off. This time it's going to be the short 10 day period, as I took the cruise due to time unavailability, i rather have a week off then skip nearly every workout, which would result in like a week off anyway.

If I do cruise for 10 days, its usually only cardio and maybe 1 session. If its 14-21 days, i'd go in and do light workouts, nothing to failure couple times a week. I have yet to experience a cruise longer then 14 dyas, though.

I have yet hit the 8 weeks. 6 then cruise for two. I need both weeks right now just to be able to get the 6 week blast. This (!@#$%^&*) is hard work.
