5-25 thur the 27th-07 I took off due to being busy and trying to figure out if i want to cont this for the next four weeks or switch to my next routine. Haven't decided yet but i will let ya know when i do.

5-29-07

Well I think I got it all planned out. I will stay on my cut diet until I leave for vacation on June 16. Then I will eat till I pop. My workout starting today will be as follows.
Day 1-chest, back
Day 2-squat, legs, forearms
Day 3-triceps, shoulders
Day 4-biceps, traps
Day 5-cardio (very little), abs
I will be doing at least five exercises per muscle group for each day rotating between heavy with low reps to light with high reps.
I will strive for 5 sets of everything I do. I have 7 days to complete a 5 day workout cycle.
I can skip days anywhere I need to, just as long as I complete my 5 days in the 7 day I have to do it.
I will be focusing highly on my chest and will prob add some in on one of the other days to try to get ride of my weak point as far as looks go.

Today is chest and back day so i'll tell ya what i did later.
