Default wrists

hi
once i have done a workout then end up doing my forearms my wrist hurt like its a straine is this a weak wrist or is or what not sure if this is a post for the injery forum

It is important to keep very strict form when doing all your pronated forearm exercises. It could possibly also be because you are doing too much weight for that exercise.
