once i have done a workout then end up doing my forearms my wrist hurt like its a straine is this a weak wrist or is or what not sure if this is a post for the injery forum regards small-big |

It is important to keep very strict form when doing all your pronated forearm exercises. It could possibly also be because you are doing too much weight for that exercise.
