Default ridding your self of *********

hey everyone. I'm 17 years and mildly over weight. I am trying to cut down and get lean but I do not have much muscle mass. Is there anything that I can do to rid myself of moobs? This might sound like a joke post, but in reality, it's not. It's embarassing to have them and I don't know how to rid myself of them. Cardio? what do you guys think?

Lots of Cardio. a clean diet. and lots of good chest exercises.

now the chest exercises are not to spot reduce. cause that wont work. But if you build up your chest muscles... IE pecks then they will give better shape to your man boobs. After a while with the cardio and diet and growth of the pecs they will start to look really good.

AH! i have this problem, not as bad as i used to, but follow the 13 weeks to hardocre fatloss program on this site. you will lose fat no matter what

Definitely get on a good diet and go on a cut if you want to lose the fat on your chest as well as every where else.

Also, stop drinking; alcohol will raise estrogen levels in men, among many other negative health effects.

also use the priority training method. By that i mean to hit chest a second time during the given week, i would say probably about 3-4 days following your mass chest workout, you might try doing 5 sets of push ups or 50% max bench weight to failure. Take each set to exhaustion and failure, you might grap a spotter for bench and do forced reps or drop sets.
But like War5475 said, you must eat clean and often, and yes, cut the alcohol and/or cigarettes! interval training cardio works well for rapid fat loss. good luck with your MOOBS!LOL!

You want to lose them?

To do it the fastest i would reccomend a clean diet, it doesnt matter if you have muscle under those things because you will never see it if you dont lose the fat.... however once you start losing some (but not all) and you prioritize chest you can give the fat some form of actully being a chest instead of your "moobs".

I know for definition and having a wide chest do your incline/decline/normal pushups. Really concentrate on your contractions, these help my definition and they stretch my chest out nicely.

yeah, I don't drink or smoke or anything. I'm straight edge...

but yeah, the reason I got moobs is because during two years of my life, I was incredebly overweight (4'11'' and about 180 lbs) so now that I've gone down (5'6'' and about ~150lbs) I still have some fat around my gut area and my chest which is incredebly embarassing. Now, by clean diet what do you guys mean? also, I've only got a set of weight in my house that maxes out at 80lbs (which I have trouble benchpressing, sadly). Also, I should be working push-ups right? how many sets/reps?
