I have been doing the cliff hanger workout for the past 2 weeks, and I gotta say I am dead! I love it and everything, however, I have one concern. It seems as though, I am incorporating my triceps in my workout almost everyday. For instance, my workouts for the past week have gone, shoulders, chest, triceps, shoulders, legs, triceps, chest. With the exception of the legs day, I have worked my triceps almost everyday. Some were heavy days, some were light days.

You don't have to do one muscle group per workout. I did the cliff hanger workout and I did chest and arms in the same workout. To save time I just supersetted bis and tris. However some of the workouts are pretty long, but you could definitely put muscle groups together to save time and increase the rest period between workouts.
