It's because it's so good, it makes us feel good, and that puts us in better mood to lift

Could also be, that's just the way the design is meant to work.

When you eat meat you get all kinds of nutrients. To me, it symbolizes POWER. Red meat comes from powerful animals. It only makes sense that eating that would gain nutrients to provide your own power.

I think all the minerals contained within are crucial. Calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc...etc, all very important in basic functions.

It's just plain good!!!

I like to get ground beef, I can get 96% fat free, then drain that. It's mostly just protein and minerals.

Do you take an iron free multi? I would still reccomend taking one but Beef is a muck better source of Iron and Zinc then chicken or tuna.

Steak.......natural creatine, testosterone boosting Saturated Fats, High Calories, and just plain old eating like a MAN.

All contribute to the Steak Equation.

I am a Red Meat lover. I would eat steak 6 meals a day if it were healthy to do so.

several of the old school bodybuilders i knew would go thru bulks eating 3 steaks a day, their bodyfat didn't stay real low, but their strength and muscle mass went thru the roof.
of course I couldn't afford to eat three steaks a day ever!

Maybe it's all the steroids used to produce that A-grade beef

Maybe steak has an amino profile make up that is more conductive for a muscular pump (like a higher amount of L-Arginine)? that's my guess.
