Default pwo shake

Hey i was just wondering if someone could help me make out the proporitions for pwo shake. I am a 140 lbs, im not sure how much protein and sodium to use and how much water. Also i was wondering what to do w/ creating pwo. I remember seeing a sticky "all u need to know about creatine" but i cant seem to find it. Thanks in advane

Go to the nutrition section by clicking on the tabs at the top, and read the article titled "The Window of Opportunity" it give instructions for how to make a proper post workout shake. Compose one based on that article, and post it for a critique. Feel free to ask any questions after.
