Default 8 Weeks to fuller, bigger, higher peaking Bicep’s

dear all

having always performed 3 sets of 8 reps for whatever upper body exercise i do in an attempt to gain mass etc, i have reached a bit of a plateau...

having just stumbled across this great site im going to give "8 Weeks to fuller, bigger, higher peaking Bicep’s" a go - as detailed in the workout section on this site

anyway i have no idea what "High Cable Pulley Curls" are. if anyone can take 1 minute to explain this, that would b much appreciated.

cheers

If i'm not mistaken, it's where you stand between 2 high pulleys, grab the handles and curl as if you were doing a double bicep pose. I think it's also called a "Pose curl". Don't start moving shoulders or elbows when doing this, I seet his a lot and it takes all the tension away from the bi's.

that is correct. Man, there should be a link for this in that guide. I think quite a few get confused as to what this is. But yes, just stand face foward to the wall or whatnot and grab a high pulley in each hand, and just do a bicep flexing pose with both arms.
