Does anobody here supplement with Alpha-Lipioc Acid? If so how many MG do u take?

I don't use it by itself, but I get a solid dosage in my multi-antioxidant formula. Alpha Lipoic acid is a potent anti-oxidant. What is so unique about it is that it is both fat and water soluble, so it helps spare the Cell membrane, Substances in the cytoplasm, and DNA in nucleus from oxidation!
