can anyone comment on the quality of all the whey's creatine and glut. I just purchased a kilo of each. I bought the creatine because of the price and it is creapure. The L-glut says that a serving is 1 spoon which is two grams of glut. I thought a spoon was 5 grams? why would theirs be 2 grams.?

Spoon is a measure of volume, gram is a measure of weight.

Yes, but a spoon can be 5 grams or 2 grams. It could be the difference between one manufacturer stating "rounded" vs "leveled".
