I'm a bit lost right now. See I am currently not as lean as I want to be. Probobly around 25% bf. I want to lean out and get definition but at the same time I want to build up my shoulders, back, forearms, and calves. I do not know where to go with nutrition because I feel that if I eat a lot to bulk up, I will not get the definition. Any help on workouts or nutrition would be appreciated. thnx
