Default Cycle Off Creatine

I know Im supposed to be cycling my creatine use. But when do I stop using it and how long do I wait before using it again? and do I have to redo the Loading Phase?

Most people wait 1-2 weeks.

Yes you do have to reload.

Nope, usually just about a week, and some dont even cycle off, but instead just reload.

what if i just didnt cycle off? i workout about 4-5 days a week and use creatine before and after i workout, but not on the days that i dont workout.

The creatine would still loose it's effect as your body adjusts to the amount that you are taking. That is why you have to cycle, so that you continue to benefit from the product that you spent your hard earned money on. Just talking some days off is probably not enough for your body to return to normal.
