Default Question on HMB and Amino Acid Shooter

Hi guys,
Im planning ahead for my next bulk (Feb 1st) I can't wait. And I hoping to get some information and advice on the supplements, and yes before you just post the articles on the two, I have read them both.
I just wanted some personal input and results.
Im a big supporter of ABC and everything, but isnt 30$ for the amino acid shooter a little much for it to last 18 days?
Or do you only take it on training days? It would still only last 3 weeks, but if it has given people good enough results I suppose its worth it.

Also some input and experience with HMB would be great.

Yes, only use the Amino Acid shooter on workout days.

As far as HMB, I bought it, but the website messed up my shipping so I got a tiny supply, therefor I can't give you my results upon it.

I can tell you this. It works best if your training is hardcore, therefor you would most likely have at the most one rest day, and use it everyday.

Are you referring to HMB here?
If so, how useful do you think it would be to me considering im on a 4 day split. Is this not really enough training for HMB to be of real use to me ? Is it worth it considering i have 3 rest days a week?

Thanks

I would still definitely consider it, just know that if you step up your game on those four days that HMB will kick in even more. I really reccommend Venom's article if you haven't read it already.

i'm supplementing with aminoacid shooter now, i take the energy booster version before workouts. and the regular one between meals. It's not really going to give you a big increase in strength, but i find it helps with endurance and recovery. Like if im doing intense cardio in the morning then i'm going to lift weights at night i'll take around 2servings spread out.
