Turning Tel Aviv into the gay capital of the world.

I was in Tel Aviv...
They did have lovely beaches on the Mediterranean...and oddly no one on them...except for two surfers... If it was in Costa del Sol or Mallorca, it would be overrun by topless folks in really tiny bikinis...with $1 worth of fabric.
