I have two Questions about this workout.
First on day 5 under Back the third Exercise for the back is Bent over dumbbell Laterals. My question isnt this exercise for the shoulders?? and if so why are we doing it on back day? Second question I started this workout this week on Sunday but I started with Back, biceps, forearms. off Mon. and Tue. have two jobs and Mon and Tue work Both so do not have time for Exercise very long days. So today (Wed) I did Legs. Thur. Cardio & Abs Fri chest, shoulders, triceps and Sat Cardio & abs. IS this alright? I have not worked out in years my forearms are still very sore for Sunday. Love all the info on this site thanks to all! |

The workout programs on the site are mostly a basic outline. You can always change it up to fit your schedule, goals, etc.

Welcome to abc!
[ QUOTE ] My question isnt this exercise for the shoulders?? and if so why are we doing it on back day? [/ QUOTE ] It actually does work your back as well. However, one of the main reasons is that the rear delts are taxed on back day, and they add a tremendous dimension to the back. Therefore bent over laterals were included [ QUOTE ] Second question I started this workout this week on Sunday but I started with Back, biceps, forearms. off Mon. and Tue. have two jobs and Mon and Tue work Both so do not have time for Exercise very long days.
