DON\'T EVER, EVER EVER EVER
Get Myoplex Cookies and Cream meal replacements. I have eaten and drank some nasty things in my life. I mean NASTY. BUT I was able to take it down. But, this cookies and cream......YUK!!!!!!!I ordered 40 packs of it, I tried to make myself drink it 4 times and wasn't able to get past the second swallow. I wouldn't wish this stuff on my worst enemy. Well maybe, but trust me, you don't want this. Words are words and mostly mean nothing, but take this at heart, it is so nasty.

I find Myoplex flavours are pretty good actually. Mind you I haven't tried Myoplex in 5 years or so.
Overpriced definitely.
