Default it pays to workout

I been doing deadlift quite a bit in back workouts. I told my wife.....er uh I mean my ex-wife tonight that it pays to workout with weights. She went into the woods with me and I found someone's stand that wasn't suppose to be on my land. It was a wood homemade stand = HEAVY. I picked that thing up and carried it back with me to the truck. I walked carrying this thing on my neck and holding onto the sides of it. I bet it weighed prolly 230 pounds, maybe more. But certainly not near what I been lifting the them gym. I bet if I would have not been doing squats and deadlifts, I would not have been able to do that. Anyway, I have me a new stand now LOL.

NOPE, we're not married so we don't have sex. But I'd give it a shot with the kid in that pic.

Not at all, I just made a joke. But the point is we're not married so we do not have sex. the point of the thread, is that I think it pays in everyday life, to workout. I always find myself in a situation in the fields, at home, or in the yard were I benefit greatly from workint out.
