Height: 6'3" Weight 195 Chest: 46 Arms: 17 ![]() Training I generally weight train 5 days a week and do some form of cardio almost every day to stay lean. My current weight training routine is chest/back on day 1, shoulders/biceps/triceps on day 2, and legs on day 3. Abs are done 4-6 days per week, either at home or in the gym. My favorite cardio machine is the elliptical cross-trainer. Diet Generally, it's high protein, low-moderate carbs, and low-moderate "good" fats. I don't eliminate any macronutrient since all three, protein, carbs, and fat, all work together to help my body function optimally. Protein sources include chicken/turkey breast, water-packed tuna, and egg whites. My carbs are low glycemic, such as oatmeal and a sweet potato (yam) earlier in the day and lots of veggies and/or a salad with every meal thereafter. My "good" fats are flaxseed oil, all-natural peanut butter, olive oil (in salad dressing), and nuts (almonds, peanuts). For a treat I always take a bite or two of a protein bar or dark chocolate. This guy knows what he's doing! |
