Default question about forearms

trying to get alot more definition in my forearms, top and bottom and ive been doing alot of wrist curls i guess its called and regular curls where you just twist your wrist on the way up, not sure of the specfic name...but is there any paticular exercise that will help me gain the most mass, im not on a bulk or cut...for that matter not really sure what im on..but any exercise that will increase mass in them?

A great way of increasing forearm size is just using a thicker bar for everything.

ss- superset. in between sets of wrist curls, just hold some heavy weights. i havent tried this, but it sounds like it would be great for bringing out definition and peaks in the forearms.

i'd like to add that you should try reverse wrist curls as well as hammer curls. when doing barbell curls and tricep pull downs, use the opposite grip, overhand for the curls and underhand for pulldowns. mix all this up and you should see some good gains
