ok heres some pics from a 3 month bulk, taken about 2 weeks ago. the pics that say "bulk" on them are ones just recently. the rest are post cutting pics before the bulk. tell me what you think.

ok here are some pics...
these are from my cut

And these are from my bulk 3 months later

and one of my dog with a potatoe in his mouth lol

overall I gained about 1.5 inches on my arm and an inch on my chest, and half an inch on my forearms thx to these programs on this site. I would show my legs but no one wants to see a stick with lard on it lol. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Arms are looking a lot bigger. It doesn't look like you gained much bodyfat. Great progress!

thx rib. I did gain alot of fat though, its in my butt and legs lol. I dont mind, I cheated alot so I deserve it lol. I am happy with the results though. thx for the reply.
