Congratulations. An awesome poundage. Well done.

But now the important question...

How much do you squat?

Haha yeah, it is rather interesting, or maybe just pathetic. The most I've ever leg pressed is 10 plates per side for 5 reps I think. These are deep suckers too, I sometime hit the rests at the bottom, meaning I can't possible take it any deeper. My squat on the other hand has never gone over 315 for butt to grass reps. To top it off my legs are my best body part, actually a little too big for my body. Oh well...

^^^ thats a pretty good squat Tanuki, especially if you are going as we olympic weightlifters say "ATG" ((!@#$%^&*) to ground or (!@#$%^&*) to grass)

Remember you'll almost always be able to leg press a lot more than you can squat as squatting has more degrees of freedom and more stabilising muscles are involved.

I see guys at my gym put on like 10-12 plates on each side and do about 1-2 inch reps. They think they are something else.

Dont forget the screaming, howling and grunting that goes along with that. They want that "All eyes on me" status when doing inch reps.
