Well, your PWO meal should have a starchy carb source in it to regulate insulin levels. Thus I would eliminate oats all together from your pre-bed meal and have fibrous carbs.

You can have some oats if you're bulking and you don't easily put on fat, but Jbagger's right - it's better to go for something like broccoli.

I took out starchy carbs for my pwo meal and put fibrous carbs,efa's,protein like in the 24 workout mass diet.
