Ok well ive been training for 4months now, was 145lbs 6feet tall so the slim kinda guy....now im 160lbs... ive gained regularly every month, but ive been stuck on 160 for like 3 weeks now if not 4..and its pissing me off. Thing is...i used to eat like 1500-2000 cals a day max..i wasnt a big eater..but once i got to the gym, i was chowing down 2800-3200cals. Now im at about that 3100-3300 cals a day..and stuck at 160 ...did I (!@#$%^&*) my metabolism ? i know I should of started slower on the eating (!@#$%^&*), i was just too ambitious :S

Nope, you are fine. You just have a naturally fast metabolism, which is great when it comes time to cut. Up your cals by 250 and once you stop gaining about 1 lb a week, then it is time to up them 250 more, and so on.

You are fine. Try some shocking principles and if that doesn't work by itself, try using shocking principles and increasing your daily calorie intake.

cool, ill up my calories, plus my ''program made by the gym trainer'' is soon done. Ill be getting on the Program they got here on abc...24 workout mass blitz.
