I just got a new job working 2am to 7am and I take classes between 6 and 10pm. Until now i've worked mornings til 2 or 3 then went to the gym then to class. Is their any matter to when in the day you woek out?
i'd like to go to class at 6pm, study before work, work at 2am and then go to the gym around 7-8am. then from there, load up on protein and hit the sack. Any thoughts or suggestions? |

With that awful schedule(no offence but it is ) I would probably sleep from 7-8am to 3-4pm, have breakfast and cardio from 4pm to 6pm, go to school from 6pm to 10pm, train from 12 am to 2 am and then work from 2am to 7am.
