Hey guys, i was doing the drop sets in the 8 weeks to bigger bis program and just into the fourth set, my biceps completely shut down. i couldn't even lift half the weight i was doing.
im sure it was within my parameters, the first set i did of the weight was 9 reps, just as dictated i gave myself 3 minutes in between each set can someone help me with this? thanks guys [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] |

have you just started lifting? becuase if you have, thats what's going to happen. your muscles aren't used to lifting like that, but just keep working at it and you'll see some great gains.

By your 3rd workout you will see that you can lift for a much longer time. Just keep giving it 100%

its called 8 weeks to bigger bis, not 8 weeks to a slight bicep pump.... its gonna be hard mang, sounds like your following it strictly... keep at it

Youve realy got to work at it just keep topped up on protein and itll work out fine ... The one thing i always think is... can it do you any bad?
