Okay this forum is designed for me to share my insights, experience, and expertise with the sport of bodybuilding. I have already given you a lot of FREE personal dietary advice. This is where I say it must stop. This is a forum designed for the masses not personal advice. I am sorry to have lead you down this trail in the first place. There are people on line that you can hire for this type of guidance. If you would like some personal recommendations I can give you some. If you have comments or want to share about things I post specifically then it's more than welcome. But, please do not ask me for personal dietary advice anymore. Thank you for this professional courtesy.

I had not stopped by in some time and see so much useful information provided. Thanks Mr. Calder. I especially liked the cooking book you recommended. (30 was a bit expensive as I'm sure you'll agree, but well worth it for the recipe's and tips that Mr. Berardi provides). Great journal and tips here. Thank you.

Just want to make sure that the account that has replied to us to wear outfits at your shows was you. If so you have the emails in you account. If your not on my space let use know, so we want end up sending products to the wrong guy. But in any case you have a great physqu and keep up the great work.
Thanks EFWEAR |
