Hey, im from Pensacola Fl and I can tell you that if Weather Channel sends Jim Cantore to your area, thats probably a very bad sign. It seems like no matter where the predictions say its gonna hit, it always goes where hes reporting from. Good luck.

Yeah he's here, not good for us..
Actually they just showed him again and he is LEAVING because it's so bad. Jim Cantore doesn't leave! Overnight it upgraded to category 5, it should hit tomorow morning'ish. Sucks I have to shelter on base ~1.5 miles from the shore.

Please say a pray for the people of New Orleans and surrounding areas. Although I reside in Moscow currently, I was born and raised in the New Orleans Area. Most of family and friends are still there.

You got it shtanga! I'll be praying for you and your family and friends, Nick and my best friend and his family who live in Baton Rouge. I finally got through to him this afternoon. I tried all day and the call could not be completed or all circuts are busy. He was saing that this is really shaking people up. Pray for everyone on the gulf coast. This is gonna be bad.
