Post Reversing Degenerative Disc Disease of the Back and Spine

http://www.biblelife.org/back.htm

Hello,
I have spent many years training and many years preventing injury by proper form and technique. With all of my hard work and strick form I thought that I would not have to worry about severe injuries that I have seen others get while training. I did not see this coming at all. I have had some problems with my back for a long time but always under control and I never over train and always allowed myself healing time. I recover fast and always have. I have spent a lot of time reading and studying about how to reverse or at least cope with and still train as I wish with this disease. While doing so I came across the site above and I have accompanied some of the ideas presented in my life to see if I have had positive changes in regards to my disk degeneration. Please if you have the time and you are interested or you suffer from this; look over the site and see what you think of the ideas presented. For me I have made quite a remarkable recovery so far; as the doctors and therapist cannot believe how much movement and strength that I have. I am able to do many inverted exercises while standing on my head with hands on the floor. Over all I am just looking for more discussion and ideas that I can experiment with to completely recover and continue my everlasting PUMP!!! Thanks for your time.
