Default Training programs

Hi,

I was wondering if there where any other training programs like "cliffhanger" and the 24 mass building workouts and the battering ram workouts. I know that there are a lot of others, but they usually focus on one muscle and not an overall mass workout with all muscle included telling you what you should do on what day.
Thanx

The 13 weeks to fat burning workout.

You might also check out the periodization articles. They discuss examples of designing splits and training sessions that would sky rocket your gains.

Check out Venoms journal as well
