Hi,
I was wondering if there where any other training programs like "cliffhanger" and the 24 mass building workouts and the battering ram workouts. I know that there are a lot of others, but they usually focus on one muscle and not an overall mass workout with all muscle included telling you what you should do on what day. Thanx
