See, Amazon! I'm up-to-date on my cardio. I've got it all figured out! Thanks for the link! All of this competition is fantastic. It's just going to make me work that much harder and if by some little chance... very very very little chance, Kasaz squeaks out the win by .00000009% then I'll at least know that I worked **** hard and it'd still be worth it. but that's not gonna happen cause I'm gonna win anyways. Just thinking hypothetical of course!

LOL I bet you and Kasaz will make it a daily point to stress on your journals how great the workout was and how the competition will lose. Good luck John! Amazon

The eve of the challenge is here. So I am getting all set, calculating calories and developing my exact nutrition plan for the twelve weeks and I decide to grab the caliper to get my measurments. I go downstairs and it's been stolen!!! I was in a panic. I went to walmart and they didn't have any. I was going to order one online with overnight delivery but decided I'd go look one more time, and it was there this time!!! Which one of you is messing with me?! lol I know that somebody must've done it because nobody can beat me fair and square. Your dirty tactics are still no match for destiny.

You guys writing long lines of text. Ranting, whining. See...you are already converting to the "loser" side. LOL. Oh, btw, I do diet sabotage, not caliper "borrowing". LOL. Amazon

The contest has officially begun and my measurments will be posted first thing in the morning. I am mildly satisfied with the way things went today but I know I could've done better. I'll push myself that much harder tomorrow. I planned to do some cardio this morning and I woke up and it was pouring out. I scratched that idea and switched it up with tomorrow. I will now be doing cardio tomorrow even if I have to run in the house, lol. I did a little light work with the dumbells this morning to pre-fatigue my arms for tonight's hardcore workout. I was EXTREMELY tired today for some reason. I slept ten and a half hours and then had to take a nap after a couple hours. I slept another hour. I woke up STARVING. I ate and was up for a little bit then went back to sleep for another two or three hours.
This was my first day back in the gym in close to a month. I've taken time off for a back injury and what better an occasion to return? The Hyperplasia Challenge. Back and Biceps//// I was contemplating whether or not to work my back as it was hurting and I don't want to do any damage. I plan to see a doctor next week. I decided to do a couple light sets on a machine anyways though. I didn't keep track of my exercises and weights that I did this morning. This is just tonight's workout. Incline Hammer Curls SS w/ Standing Alternating Dumbell Curls 12 x 15lbs ....................... 12 x 15lbs 12 x 20lbs ....................... 12 x 20lbs 12 x 25lbs ....................... 12 x 20lbs 12 x 25lbs ....................... 6 x 20lbs 6 x 30lbs ....................... 6 x 30lbs Double Bicep Cable Curls 12 x 30lbs per arm 12 x 40lbs per arm 10 x 50lbs per arm 8 x 50lbs per arm 6 x 50lbs per arm 4 x 50lbs per arm Cable 21's 21 x 40lbs 21 x 50lbs Lower Back Machine 12 x 95lbs 12 x 140lbs 12 x 140lbs 12 x 140lbs I took back really easy today and probably will until I talk to a doctor. This was my first day back in the gym so my weights are down a bit. Not as if it's anything impressive in the first place though, lol. I weighed myself tonight and it said 208.6lbs. I'm sure a lot of it is water weight as I weighed myself at night, not in the morning. My diet was pretty clean today, but I had a hard time reaching my 3000 calories being as I slept all day. Eh, I'm on a cut, who cares? lol
